Job Description
The mission of a Customer Service & Dispatch Manager is to lead the teams to meet and exceed daily goals and drive revenue for the company.
Responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Influence and develop the customer service & dispatch teams to meet and exceed KPIs
- Communicate with other departments to ensure quality and alignment
- Lead informative and interactive trainings with the customer service team
- Debrief weekly inbound & outbound calls with customer service team to find areas of strengths and weaknesses
- Manage dispatch to ensure the right technicians are matched to the right job
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with team members
- Track team KPIs to check on the health of the department
- Implement and carry out the Nexstar Customer Service & DispatchProcesses
- Create, review and evaluate monthly incentive programs
- Work with the marketing department on strategies to drive sales leads
- Ensure sufficient staffing to match business demand
