Job Description

Goods Electric Heating & Air is adding a dedicated team member to the team that is a customer-oriented person that will uphold our core values and help us fulfill our core focus. We are seeking a candidate that has excellent customer service skills and the ability to help our customers with their needs!

These are the HVAC Service Technician’s expected, but not restricted to, daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls and system checks.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Work alongside customer service, dispatch, and the warehouse to ensure overall success of the business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
  • Participate actively in al training exercises, morning meetings and one on one meetings
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure ongoing company growth
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets
