Scheduled service for routine maintenance. They canceled due to not having a technician able to come out. Rescheduled and canceled again because they were too busy responding to other requests that were more of a priority. Missed 2 days of work for ...the canceled appointments. Very unprofessional and dissatisfied. I DO NOT recommend.
Your employee Matt Schmidt, was exceptional he completed the job and was very friendly and knowledgeable he serviced two furnaces and got done in a timely manner I would give him a huge Christmas bonus very well deserved that type of work ethic you ...don’t see anymore you have a fantastic employee
SHOP AROUND! These people tried to convince us we needed a new furnace for 8k.! Which we did not need. It was just a simple 1 hr fix at $100 with another company! Shop around! And if we didn't want to replace, they wanted to fix for a grand! Totally ...tried to rip us off! You really should be ashamed of yourself for doing business like that! Idiots we are not!
The employees are very polite, very professional. They were on time told us we would have electric and heat by 5 and we did. We had the breaker box(which was outdated) replaced and the 26 yr old furnace replaced. Michael could have patched up the ...old furnace which may have gotten us through the winter but elected to replace. This furnace is quiet! Amazing! Will recommend this business and already have!
Jared and Steve were both fantastic with the services they provided me. They were on time and efficient with the work they did. Bot neat in appearance, potite and courteous. Answered all questions that I had as well. An A+. Thank you
I had an emergency situation. My house was running on less then half power all weekend. The half of the house that worked wasn't the half connected to the furnace. I have an 8 month old. I called Goods electric. They had some one out the same day to ...discuss the plan of action with my self and my fiance. The next day Steve was at my house and he worked as fast as he could to get the power reconnected for myself but mostly for my 8 month old so she wouldn't get cold while we waited for the rest of the repairs to be done. I am incredibly pleased with my overall experience with this company and I've already shared they're number with a few friends and family!
Matt was friendly and prompt. Knew his stuff. Definitely recommend for furance issues.
